In support of our strong R&D team where are many doctors and masters majored in chemical and textiles, also with excellent machines and equipments, we are always developing the new and high-tech textiles from anti-flame & anti-bacterial materials to final fabrics and functional garments.

For the moment, there are several matured products in our group.

1. Nachl™ FLAME RETARDANT FIBERS: we are always cooperating the QILU group to study and develop new flame retardant textile materials e.g. flame retardant polyester staple fibers; modacrylic fiber; flame retardant viscose fibers; aramid fiber (nomex)

2. Nachl™ FLAME RETARDANT YARNS: flame retardant polyster spun yarns; flame retardant filaments yarn; modacrylic yarn; flame retardant viscose yarn; nomex yarn and aramid yarns

3. FLAME RETARDANT FABRICS: we have been developing permanent F/R fabrics according to the new norms and requests of customers. our bulk products have passed the most strict flammability tests e.g. EN470/531/532/533,BS5852,CFR1615/1616/1633.

And also, we have developed FR treated cotton which has the durability of 30 times’ washing.  

4. Ingeo™ FIBER: we have the honors to cooperate with Nature Work of USA and we are approved to use Ingeo™ fiber to make series of knitted and woven fabrics which are green and recyclable.

5. Nachl™ FIBER & FABRICS: with the effort of our R&D,we have developed the green fiber made from sea animal and woods which have good breathable ability, perfect absorption and great antibacterial effects.

6. IMPROVED BAMBOO FABRICS: they have not only the advantages from bamboo fiber but also the perfect dimensional stability to washing and wet strength, whose shrinkage is lower than 3.5% who are popular in USA and JAPAN.

7.IMPROVED SOYBEAN FABRICS：they keep the advantages of soybean ,but also have the perfect dimensional stability to washing.

8. IMPROVED MERCERIZED COTON FABRICS: they are matured type and very popular in the market
